SARGODHA: The two ac
cused involved in a dual murder case we
re awarded death sentence by the Additional District and Sessions Judge Israr Zada on Thursday.
The ac
cused Aslam, along with his four accomplices Irfan, Tanveer, Ramzan and Iqbal resident of Jalal Da Godth, Tehsil Shahpur, murdered two men Kazim Hussain and Sajjad Hussain over property issue.
The local police arrested them and a case was registered against them.
After hearing the arguments, the judge awarded death sentence to the two culprits Muhammad Aslam and Ramzan along with a collective fine
of Rs 400,000 as the compensation amount.
Meanwhile, the court acquitted the two co-ac
cused Tanveer and Iqbal giving them advantage of doubt and ordered police
to arrest the fifth ac
cused Irfan.
The police have sent the culprits to district jail in Sargodha.
